    Sign up now with $100 for $100 worth of ride credits (that wont expire!) and you only pay for what you use. Each ride's price is based on your location as seen in the table below. There will be a $2 increase during the peak hours pickup between 530am to 930am and 530pm to 830pm.

    Send us your monthly roster at least 2 weeks before the month starts Whatsapp and let us know if there are any specific flights that you do not require our pickup service.
    Any last minute flight changes or call-ups 48 hours before will not be an issue. Just simply inform us and we will inform our driver and make the changes accordingly. Call-ups or changes with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to our driver availability. Please still inform us and we will definitely try our best to arrange a driver for you.
    No charges will be made if you do not take our transport. You only pay for what you use!
    Our credits do not expire! You only pay for the rides that you take.
    Our credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash but they do not expire! You can take your time to use them.
    There might be instances where you will end up sharing your ride with another person based on location and timing compatibility. Our rides are strictly a maximum of 2 passengers only to ensure your comfort.
    In the unlikely event our driver is late for more than 15 minutes or did not show up, we will compensate you one free ride with us plus reimburse you the cost of the alternative transport you took in ride credits.
    We will send you a weekly statement of your credit balance and rides taken. You can monitor your credit balance from there and top up when your credits are running out.
    You can make payment for the credits top up via bank transfer. An invoice and receipt will be issued to you.

    The minimum credit top-up each time is $100.
    Pickup and drop off location is strictly at the following locations:
    - Home address
    - Changi Airport Terminal 1/2/3/4
    - SIA Training Centre
    Our drivers will use the iChangi app to track your flight timing. If flight delayed for too long (15 mins grace) and affects their next pick up they will have to go off for their next pickup and will text you to inform you. We will not charge you for that ride that you did not take due to this unforeseen circumstance. However, if my driver does not have any next pickup to go to he will gladly wait for you for your delayed flight (:
    We have a blackout timing of 1-5am where we do not cater for rides services during this period.
    Our drivers have all been through a stringent interview process and are all responsible and take their job seriously. They will not last minute cancel or be late for no reason whatsoever. However, in the unfortunate event that our drivers fall sick (they are also human!) and last min MC and we are unable to find any replacement drivers due to such short notice, the ride will be cancelled and you will not be charged.
